However, to access features such as creating an account, listing products, renting products, making payments, verifying your identity, or contacting customer support, you will be required to provide certain personal information. All payment transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption technologies designed to safeguard sensitive financial information during transmission. Rentnear only receives limited transaction details necessary to confirm payment status, process bookings, manage refunds, maintain financial records, and comply with legal obligations.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that payment processing is governed by the respective payment gateway provider's terms, privacy policy, and security practices. Rentnear shall not be liable for any errors, delays, technical failures, unauthorised transactions, or disputes arising solely from the services provided by third-party payment processors, banks, card issuers, or financial institutions.

In the event of payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, or transaction disputes, Rentnear will make reasonable efforts to assist users; however, the final resolution may depend upon the policies and procedures of the respective payment service provider and financial institution. All refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with Rentnear's Refund Policy and the timelines prescribed by the payment gateway or banking partner.
